- Frasan Green Solutions has implemented an Electronical and Digital Platform of Control, which include all administrative, technical, and operative activities, that ensures the information reliability and availability in real time.
- Each truck is equipped with a GPS device which allows supervisor monitoring it all day in real time, and to get a log about routes, schedules and stops made by driver.
- Our recollection process starts with a truck inspection to ensure operative and correction of any issue, this inspection is put into the System which send a mail informing to the manager and supervisor any important issue.
- All logs are put on the electronic System by a tablet, and the supervisor verify all the time the routes advance and follow up any problem reported, all in real time. The logs are accompanied with pictures to evidence the motive of any incompliance.
- The System and tablet allow driver to be in contact with the supervisor, customer services and manager, for any support required.
- Frasan Green Solutions will provide the County of Hidalgo staff with an account to access via web to our Resources Administration System / Clients module, where they will consult and report information about routes, recollection logs and work orders status.
- Added to this, Frasan Green Solutions operates with a Quality Management System based on ISO-9001:2015 standard, which is structured with 10 processes defined and controlled to ensure objectives compliance and results, as well as continuous improvement. Our recollection process has been validated and endorsed by the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
